Tricia brings over 20 years of professional business experience in executive positions to the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Prior to joining the Chamber, Tricia worked for the Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and Marriott Hotels and Resorts. Tricia enjoys guiding new and existing businesses and offering new innovative ideas. She is committed to increasing community involvement for the Hoffman Estates businesses.Tricia has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations from Bradley University in Peoria, IL.

Melanie moved to Chicago in the Summer of 2022. Before becoming the Office Manager at the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce & Industry, she has worn many hats in her career path where she has learned from and helped her grow as a person. Her most favorite job has been working with Seniors at Senior Living learning and engaging with them. Coming into this role she is open to hear new ideas, engage with the members and to participate the best way she can. Her doors are always to listen to you and give you a positive outcome. She also is a problem solver if she doesn’t know the solution she will help you find it.
If she is not at work she is at the gym, walking her dog (when the weather permits it) or looking for new recipes for dinner.
